What We Do

Any Fifth Wheel — Rolling, Flat-Tired, or Falling Apart

A fifth wheel isn't a car and it isn't a mobile home. It's 30 to 45 feet of aluminum skin, laminated fiberglass, treated lumber, a steel frame, propane tanks, holding tanks, and a kingpin that needs a proper hitch. Most tow companies and junk haulers turn these jobs down. We specialize in them.

Our crews arrive with heavy-duty tow rigs, kingpin adapters, dollies for seized axles, and a dismantling plan for units that can no longer safely travel a public road.

  • Fifth wheels, toy haulers & bumper-pull travel trailers
  • Flat tires, seized brakes, blown bearings & missing axles
  • Water-damaged, delaminated & rotted-floor units
  • Fire, hail, storm & collision-damaged RVs
  • Abandoned trailers on rental, park & commercial property
  • No title, lost paperwork, or inherited units

Our Process

Six Steps From Parked Trailer to Empty Pad

A clear, predictable workflow — flat pricing, legal disposal, nothing left behind.

01

Photo or Site Review

Send a few photos or book a visit. We check length, tire condition, kingpin height, and how much room a rig has to back in.

02

Firm Written Quote

One flat price covering tow, dismantling, disposal fees, and clean-up. No hourly meters and no add-ons on pickup day.

03

Paperwork & Access

We confirm ownership or abandonment documentation, arrange gate or park access, and schedule a pickup window that works for you.

04

Safe Extraction

Propane tanks and batteries are pulled first. Tight or immovable units are winched, dollied, or dismantled in place — no lawn or fence damage.

05

Recycle & Dispose

Steel frame, aluminum siding, appliances, and copper are separated for recycling; the remainder goes to a licensed transfer facility.

06

Clean, Cleared Site

We sweep debris, remove blocking and jack pads, and hand over disposal receipts for your records or your HOA.

FAQs

Fifth Wheel Removal Questions

How much does fifth wheel removal cost?

Price depends on the length of the trailer, whether it can roll and be towed, how tight the access is, and local disposal fees. Roadworthy units cost less than trailers that must be dismantled on site. You'll get a firm written quote after a free photo or on-site assessment.

Do you take trailers that can't be towed?

Yes. Flat tires, seized brakes, broken axles, and rotted frames are routine for us. We bring dollies, winches, and — when a unit truly can't move — the equipment to break it down where it sits and haul it out in sections.

What if I don't have the title?

Missing or lost titles are common with older and inherited RVs. In most areas we can proceed with a bill of sale, registration, or an abandoned-property declaration. Tell us your situation and we'll walk you through the paperwork.

Do I need to empty the trailer first?

No. Leftover furniture, bedding, tools, and general contents can stay inside — just remove anything you want to keep. Please let us know about propane tanks, fuel, or generators so we can handle them safely.

Is my old fifth wheel worth anything?

Sometimes. Units with a sound frame, working appliances, or salvageable parts can offset part of the removal cost. We'll tell you honestly during the assessment rather than after pickup.

How fast can you pick it up?

Most removals are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours of an approved quote, weather and access permitting. Park and commercial clearances with multiple units may take a little longer to stage.
